Structure of the Console

The ACMP Console interface opens immediately after you log in. It is divided into the ribbon bar, the navigation and the workspace.

Hinweis  Note:  

Each user can only log in to the ACMP Console from one computer. If you log in to the ACMP Console with your user credentials on another computer, you will be logged out of the other Console.

However, it is possible to use the ACMP Console multiple times on a machine with the same user credentials.

Ribbon bar

The top menu bar in the ACMP Console is called the ribbon bar. This bar is available throughout the entire ACMP Console and offers you functions that extend the workspace.

Navigation

The left menu bar in the ACMP Console is referred to as navigation. In this bar, you will find all the products available in your ACMP Console.

Workspace

The middle area in the ACMP Console is referred to as the workspace. There you will find the interaction options for the selected solution or plug-in and can execute various activities.

Functional variables

To work with dynamic content in the ACMP Console, you have the option to access predefined variables. These variables allow you to reference dates from contacts, tickets and comments.
