Installation rules
On this page, you can add installation rules to specify on which Clients the ACMP Agent should be installed automatically.
If you select an existing installation rule, its full content will be displayed on the right-hand side.
Note:
If you have defined different installation rules, the rules will be edited from top to bottom. Use the corresponding arrows to customize the order.
Add an installation rule
To add a new installation rule, click the Add icon on the ribbon bar. Enter a name and an optional description, and specify whether this installation rule should be enabled.
On the next page, define the filter. To create the filter, you can use fields that the user cannot modify.
On the final page, specify the installation account you want to use for installations with this installation rule, and then click OK.
Edit Installation Rule
To edit an installation rule, select it and choose Edit from the ribbon bar. You can now customize all the values in the installation rule.
Delete Installation Rule
To delete an installation rule, select it and choose Delete from the ribbon bar.
Note:
Please note that an installation rule only takes effect if it is enabled. You can enable the installation rule when adding or editing it, or by selecting the checkbox next to the desired installation rule in the overview.
